keep your head out the way when the top nut comes off. 
that'll teach me to use spring clamps!
and keep note of the order in which the top mount washers and rubber parts come apart.
There has been a number of people moaning that incorrectly fitted top mounts make a horrible squeak, mostly on P1's though
