Pillar Pod - I'm getting cross.....

Has anyone had difficulty sticking a pillar pod on! I have a GGE pod and boost gauge and the sticky stuff just doesn't work. Have tried UHU and everytime I get back in the whole thing is hanging off! Help - it is driving me mad!

Coat both surfaces with a thin layer, leave for 15 minutes until touch dry. Place together, press firmly for about 15 seconds, Voila!
Alternatively, place a couple of blobs of clear silicone under it, press into place, tape into place for 24 hours, remove tape.

BTW: both are pretty permanent, so make sure you don't need it off again!
