I havn't fitted a dump valve, but somewhere near you that has a large range of that sort of stuff is Turbo Pacs at Seaham on the A19
Phone 0191 581 5202 ask for Mark or Dave, tell them Andrew Wheelhouse told you to ring! They have just fitted a nice cone air filter to my WRX RA.
I live in the Newcastle area, so someone else in the North East does have a Subaru & a computer!!

Hi,
I donn't know if you wan't to change the dump valve (I believe all Scooby turbo's have them).

I was lent a Forge Motor sport d/v,to try.Easy to fit,and you don't need an expensive fitting kit. They are also working on a recirculating valve(same as standard fit).

No power gains to be had, just a lot more noise.

Mark.

I had a Blitz dump valve fitted on my 97MY - great noise and supposedly blows off excess air meaning less turbo lag during hard acceleration. Dave Power from Power + Engineering (where I recently had a lot of mods done inc the blow off valve) is a member of the BBS so maybe he'll pay a visit here to comment. The Blitz article is the dog's and doesn't come cheap mind Oh yeah, almost forgot, I'm in the Manchester area too (left my car at PE and caught the shuttle back!)
