Centre Lap seat belt

I have to carry children around a lot and I don’t trust lap straps.
Does anybody know if there is anything that you can do to convert the centre strap to add a shoulder strap? Looking on the parcel shelf there is a likely looking nut welded in the centre. It’s a MY99.
