After having a run on the motorway last night there was a noise and I lost all power and had to free wheel into the sliproad.

This is only 1 week after having my GEM ecu fitted. I`ve done the same run on the same stretch of motorway b4 with no probs so I guess the higher boost levels blew something?

Any ideas before it gets stripped down so I know what to expect?

Steve

Erm, no ideas whatsoever at the moment as you've given us no useful information.

What was the exact nature of the noise? Is the car now noisier than usual at idle? Have you checked the pipework between turbo, intercooler and throttle body to make sure it's not simply a burst/blown-off pipe? Have you recently had your car serviced (or oil changed)?
