Just a quickie, would really appreciate it if anyone can tell whether or not the STI8 fuel pump flows more fuel than the MY03 WRX fuel pump ?
I only ask as my new WRX has been decatted and ecutek'd and i'm worried about fuel starvation (also from reading the australian scooby MRT forums they virtually all recommend an uprated fuel pump).
I'm only thinking of doing it as I've been offered an STi8 fuel pump for £25 quid.

Any help mucho appreciated.
cheers

Yes it does maintain a higher fuel flow rate, same pressure, just more of it!
You are right in mentioning about the starvation faults on the earlier models, thats why it is fitted as standard with STi PPP kits.
You will not do any harm in fitting it, but you may notice a bit more noise from the pump that sall.
