Downpipe and backbox (plus a few other questions)
#1
In reply to the "Removal of 1st cata" topic, I would like to thank everyone for their replies and advices. I think I'll go for a ScoobySport downpipe after all. Right now I've got a Remus backbox and a Ramair filter fitted. Is it necessary to replace the Remus backbox by the ScoobySport backbox or can I keep it? I guess the ScoobySport backbox works better together with the ScoobySport downpipe than the Remus backbox does or shouldn't there be any difference? Does anyone know if there is a ScoobySport distributor in The Netherlands?
How long does it take to replace the downpipe by the original part (when the MOT comes up)?
Cheers,
Ruud.

Hello,
fitting of the downpipe is about 1hour if everything goes well... (the screws at the turbo are sometimes a bit difficult to remove because of the extremely high temps there)
