Fitting pads and drop links

Can anyone give me guidance on fitting the following please:

Powerflex drop links to rear anti-rollbar - the existing ones obviously just unbolt and the new ones go in but what torque are they tightened to.

Front brake pads - jut changing my front pads with standard discs and two pots to Pagid pads. What is the procedure for taking the assembly apart.

Sorry to seem dumb but as I haven't got a Haynes (as they don't do one)I would appreciate any guidance. Having had a quick look, the caliper, etc, appears to be held on by a large bolt on the inside of the disc.

I am sure someone will have learnt from their experiences of the above.

these are for whiteline drop links, but the procedure is identical. i'm doing mine this weekend.
