Any other pitfalls off this job as im wanting to fit Tow bar to tow small trailer for that Sunday skip run ( via pub ) its a guy thing ladies. lol. Plus it will give protection against some one running up me axxxe.

Steve,
there are 3 bolts. each side.
they are a pain, and there are captive nuts welded to the small frame that the plastic bumper sits on & 2 of these came off & had to grind the heads off, then get them re-welded on !!!
ooh.. errm .. you will probably have to take the exhaust rubber out the way to get to one of the bolts. one of which is 1 bolt of the two that holds the hanger on.
other than that, there are 2 plastic screw-ie/pushy type clips eitherside in the wheel arch. 1 top, 1 bottom. disconnect the number plate lights & remove.
but those bolts were a nightmare for me !

Yep, the bolts in question are through the rear chassis rails.
If you look at the underside of the rear bumper and look up at the chassis rails, you will see the retaining bolts, some of which do actually hold the rear exhaust mounting bracket in place.
Do mind your knuckles as if the bolts are tight or worse - seized, you will know about it !
You cant even get to spray anything onto the threads from above to help matters....
Good Luck Steve.
