Tyre Pressures - P Zero's

I have a set of Pirelli P Zero's on 17" Speedlines. Having had no experience with low profile tyres, they look a little flat.
Does any body know the optimum tyre pressures for these tyres for Winter and Summer running, as I am not sure. I am not keen to let them wear out quickly!
Any help greatly appreciated.
