Much to my distress, my girlfriend had a slight accident in my car (MY98). Whilst travelling to work she had to swerve out of the way of some idiot pulling out of his drive, collecting the kerb along the way. After inspecting the damage (big long scars on the standard alloys) and talking to friends, I decided to have the geometry checked and reset to the prodrive spec as stated on the FAQ. I'd be interested to hear from all of you who have had this done, apart from less understeer, what other advantages are there? Is the tyre wear a serious problem?

I not long ago had a tyre blow out due to a not so nice large nail, this pulled the car left hitting the kerb.
Since this I notice the car pulls slightly left, some have suggested that it is because the new tyre has slightly more tread???
I too would like to know if it is worth a geometry reset to Prodrive spec.
Sorry I couldn't help, David!
