My MY94 WRX has a lot of wind noise from the front windows, especially drivers side. Any suggestions?

The windows can be adjusted to angle in more to the seals. Also if the noise is concentrated around the wing mirror area, there is a clip which fails quite often, especially in the 5 doors.

The windows can be adjusted to angle in more, giving a better seal. Also there is a clip around the door seal by the wing mirror which commonly fails, especially in 5 doors. Dealers should know about this and be able to sort it.

With my MY98 Turbo, I have to open the doors to make the windows wind up properly.. The motors are too weak..

Ideas?

I have seen some cars with silicone lubricant on the door seals to help the windows slide up nicely to an airtight fit.

I've never had a Lexus (nor do I wont to) but in my experience the Japs just cant do electric windows very well. I have adopted the same proceedure as David Brown, bit of a pain but the cars worth it.
