I have a UK MY96 with scooby ECU, de-cat and filter. Would it be worth using octane booster with optimax for more power. Would reset ECU, what does anyone think?

Na, not really. Optimax should be fine by itself - you may get a little bit of a performance increase by upping the octane more, but it's probably not going to make much of a difference.
Although the ScoobyECU guys might say otherwise, I suspect it's been set up with Optimax (or SUL) in mind anyway
