up pipe fitted strnge noise

hey guys i have a jap spec STI7 fitted full decat sys plus 4 into1 headers and haywood donpipe i recently fitted a up pipe ...the car flys but at 4500 rpm with the windows down i hear a whistling noise oh i also have a injen cold air intake if thats of any consequence...18psi via a greedy e01 boost controller...can someone tell me if that noise is normal?
