Post

someone approached me today saying 'i have a ss backbox to fit your car'

I have an MY01 BTW

This BB is still in the box and brand new, the box is covered with Japanese Writing but has the following codes

JAZMA SR051 E22 (this is on a metal plate attached to the BB)and is a massive 4.5inch round exit (i managed to get my arm in upto my elbow )

any clues? it looks about right, but seems to be a bit long, poss not for a Scoob but an Evo??

Cheers

Steve

Thanks Brun

anyway tried that, the bend in the main pipe does not pass betwwen the fuel tank as with the standad bb, and the flange is about 9 inches further towards the cat.

further investigations reveal that it is an HKS Hiper (HKS sites refer to an additional centre pipe needed for Scooby fitting) and is prob for a 'Classic' pre bug eye model (dam and blast )

anyone got a Firestorm for a bug eye they want to swap for this?? (BRAND NEW remember )

Steve

BTW the noise reg plate spells JAZMA when in fact its JASMA bit like Flyed Lice and Curry

Oh yes almost forgot the main pipe is 3 inches much bigger than my standard bb
