Which Garrett unit do I need for the best results as a swap for the td04
I am planning a ecu remap and have a full decat fitted with ITG panel filter.
This is for a JDM MY97 Forester wich is 240 bhp as standard, I dont need the biggest Garrett make (I'm not aiming for 500bhp like some)I want the best for my car i.e. better bearing faster spool up
TIA
Ira

as far as what fell into the old one, this is still being investigated by the people I feel are to blame i.e. the people who rebuilt my engine in april as nothing has been touched since.
Why a garrett?
Cos I know a guy! who knows a guy!!

Have either of you investigated the regular TD04 as opposed to the TD04L? (mines a 98 S/tb)
I dont think i've come across anyone writing about that swap, and hey if i came across one locally, you know, would i want to pick one up?
