Is there available on line Impreza owners manual for the new WRX03 as the Greek Subaru dept has only the one for the MY02 WRX and still waiting the right manual for my car?

Hello Jim,
Subaru USA do an online tech site (here) where you can download the workshop manuals but they are to pay for and it comes to something like 400 USD for the eight or so sections
Also it won't accept my VIN no so I wonder whether it's for USA models only?
Any info on the MY02 WRX manual and is it available online / free etc?
