Cool

Hi

This is for an MY93
Well whilst thinking about things at work today ( as you do ) and as the engine is to be stripped for replacement rings/pistons thoughts of stronger internals went through my mind, however not sure what is available or neccessary, forged pistons, stronger peened rods etc.
My aim is for a reliable 350 BHP, with a front mount etc.

Thoughts anyone???

is it a closed deck block?

if it is then I recommend rods and pistons..

I use lateral performance rods, pistons etc.. but there are plenty of choices

Try Omega pistons and Aro rods.
