Not at all really, get the rear seat out, remove the oval blanking plate, brush off the worst of the crud....remove the 8 nuts (or summint like that), and up comes the armature.
You will have to turn and fiddle slightly to get it up, and back in again.
Make sure you get one with the same electrical screw posts as original. mine came with a block connector that took a bit of soldering to sort out. not difficult just more messing than necessary.
