Just go to a motor factors and buy a 3 wire generic sensor. 'Bout £30. You can even use a 4 wire and just not connect the second earth.

spray with plus gas and leave overnight....should make it easier

From what i,ve heard, just use a socket to remove the old one... dont work if you strip the thread as it wont be going back in...

apparantly the solution for stripped threads is to get an old sparkplug and to hacksaw a cut vertically in the thread area

then screw this into the exhaust ,, this will cut a new thread apparantly..

i havnt tried this so if you do its at your own risk..
