I am gonna try make a way to have a constant pressure not talking about 15psi or anyting just somthing light? Would this work?Or would it damage the car?

plenty of bikes, competition cars and modified cars use the ram effect to help force more air into the engine

within reason any modern car should be able to cope with a subtle increase in air preasure on its original mapping but to second the previous reply how are you planning to raise the preasure? electric fan?
