Yeeeeehaaa...
Jamie McD came round yesterday and helped fit my Decat centre and rounded BB, sounds awesome, possibly a little too awesome so a swap might be in order Jay..
I digress,
how can I tell if all the seals are good and tight between sections? Jay had a good looksie under the car after completion and all seemed ok, but when you fit gas pipes you put a splodge of fairy liquid to test for leaks, what can I do with the exhaust?
If it was blowing a little then it would be louder and I think I want it to be a bit quieter, so a check for leaks before swapping to a resonated section is in order...

As always I am endebted for your assistance in this matter...

Stick your foot over the end of the BB to block it, while somebody else sticks their head under the car looking & listening for leaks.
About the only good method apart from nipping to your local [flame suit on] Kwick fit centre [flame suit off] for a free check.

P.s. I've left you a question on the other zorst thread

How's it driving Andy? Any noticable improvement?

See, I told u it would be loud(er)!

Checked the joins for any significant leaks but couldn't feel any air escaping. The old 'foot up the exhaust' trick sounds like a winner though - or for an even better seal, a small white poodle would be ideal...
