As the subject states, what is the standard size of the bleed hole that the hybrid Dawes Device comes with?

0.5mm. On the TD04 Scoobies they are less lean and excitable on part throttle if you run 1-1.5.

On a TD05 I would try 0.5mm.

I've got a TD05 and reduced the bleed hole in the Dawes to 0.5mm yesterday as per JB's suggestion. The engine is much better now at the lower RPM.

Mike

You will have a small hole in the right angled adapter which the small diameter pressure pipe going to the turbo actuator fits onto. The instructions tell you to check it occasionally to see it does not get blocked.
