turbo heat shield

could someone plz tell me if its safe to completely remove and leave off the turbo heat shield,

As it`s name applies it`s a heat shield, shielding heat from the surrounding pipework.
They can be modified to help you fit certain exhaust downpipes.
Wouldn`t take it completly off if you can help it.

NO it isn't.

The exhaust housing on the turbo will glow red hot during extended high boost use.

Have you noticed how close the brake and clutch hydraulics are to the turbo? Not to mention the intercooler.

If you want to removed the heatshield, replace it with a turbo blanket.
