Power steering pump

Could anyone tell me please whether it is possible to fit a power steering pump for a front entry turbo model to a top entry classic engine.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
Pipes on the pub are different sizes, unsure if the rack end are the same..
