Unless your car has a roll cage, you'd be well advised to stick with the standard belts.
Not only will you effectively lose the use of the rear seats, if your car rolls and you're tighly strapped in one of these, you won't be able to move out of the way if the roof comes down on you, which could really spoil your day...

I though that you need the rear strap as close to 90 degress to the floor as poss & as high as yer shoulders? Is it not going to try to squash you into the seat (press down on your shoulders) if rear strap is mounted about as low as yer bum???

I have two 4point harnesses and they are one of the best things that I bought for track-driving.
Not only for the looks but also for a better feel with the car (that's when you strap them correctly of course).
And also a better position when braking : you don't have to lean on the steeringwheel to hold yourself in position when braking hard.
And that story about roll-cages : When you wear a normal belt and have an accident with a roll, there is a chance that you "headbang" the side of your car, try it out, when you move in a normal belt, your body make a sideways movement. That is the result of the way the normal belt works, it's preventing that you and a passenger will hit eachother by a crash...
