Er, just the way you wrote it - power divided by weight!
If you want the ratio expressed in BHP per ton (imperial), or BHP per tonne (metric), you'll have to find the weight of your car and convert appropriately first.
Edited to give an easy example:
If, for instance, your car weighed 1300kg (1.3 tonnes) and did 260bhp, divide 260 by 1.3 to get 200bhp/tonne.
