Urgent help needed. Engine won't turn over, no ignition lights nothing

Tried to start my WRX import 94 today. Alarm works but everything else dead including stereo and all ignition lights. Presume it's a fuse somewhere. Anyone know where the ignition fuse is or have any other ideas.

Right, sorted I've just swapped the middle and right hand relays obove the in car fuse box and got ignition so obviously one of thems blown.
Does anyone know what the one I replaced it with is for.
