Air filter/induction kit

I have a 98 Sport (don't laugh turbo boys) and I'm thinking about replacing the filter with either something like an ITG or an induction kit. Any advice *** to which is best. Do Sports have the same air flow meter as the turbo's? Are there any potential problems with either? Cheers boys and girls.
