Has anyone come across the fault I have at the moment with my scooby 2000 awd Turbo? I took it out today and it cuts out under hard accelaration but carries on going. so, managed to get it home. I suspect i might have somthing to do with the fact that I had a dump valve fitted which was faulty and a k+n induction kit which is fine. So I put my standard plastic dump valve back on it 2 days ago and it was fine after that until today.Does anyone have any ideas or is a computer diagnostic job!.
Thanks.Turbohot (hopfully not turbo knackered )

Still sounds like it's over-boosting.
Do a search on Overboost for possible cures:

If I do disconnect the battery for an hr or so to in hope correct the fault,do you think it could f***k the immobiliser/alarm system up and then, even that might need re-setting?
Pls.suggest!
