I have a Bailey DV fitted to my car but decided to try a Blitz as everyone seemed to love the sound of them. When I fitted the second hand Blitz it worked ok but was no where near as loud as the Bailey? 1 thing I did notice was the RPM guage would fluctuate as the Blitz dumped. I fitted the Blitz exactly the same way as the Bailey could that have been what was wrong wrong?

Check you mail re the dumpvalve.

I can personally vouch for the fact that the damm thing is loud. There are some pipes which I can remember being blocked off. Maybe these are already blocked off since you've already gotton rid of the recirculating valve.
