Hi im new here and about to take delivery of an import MY95 what is the best fuel for this - Super unleaded (with or without octane booster), Optimax and how is, where can you get and how much do you put in of this octane booster?

please help coz i have had no luck with this so far!

p.s whats a Knocklink and how much are they fitted etc?

optimax at least, +octane booster if you can afford it.

Why not get a scoobyecu re-map?, the map caters for uk fuel much better than the standard ecu map, and you get speed limiter removed, and more performance

I run my STI Import on Optimax and Millers Octane booster with no problems, have knock link fitted (to detect detonation) and no problems so far.... (touch wood).

Optimax is sold at Shell garages and is usually cheaper then SUL!
If you live in the North East give Revolution a bell(4770785)
They'll sort you out for parts and servicing on your import. They also sell octane booster.
