Thanks mate. I’ve head a re-circulating dv is better for a remap. Does the forge re-circ make any difference in the sound (from the standard dv)?

A new d/v will allow you to run more boost safely without leaking boost, the standard d/v is only rated up to 1.1 bar or something similar, wheras the Forge can go a lot higher without leaking.
Noise wise it depends on the spring inside when you install it, not sure on anything less than a Red spring (Stiffest) myself, but it gives a metallic 'ching' style noise on hard gearchanges and it chatters slightly on trailing throttle.
I've re-shimmed my own Forge and stiffened it up even more, it gives out a lovely chattery noise on anything over 0 bar
