I would like to know the diference in this two parts: Pop-off valve and Dump-valve????

A pop off valve would be used for boost pressure control.
A dump valve is used to reduce compressor surge on lifting off.
A "blow off" valve is just another name for a dump valve. Subaru call the standard dump valve a "compressor bypass valve", IIRC.

 

A pop off valve will limit maximum boost pressure but is a bit crude. Andy F. used one as BOCU and I had one as BOCD (Boost Oscilation control device) Quite cheap and used in industry every day to control compressor fed pressure lines but lacks the sophistication of the electronic boost controller I use now.
