Help,

I noticed the other night, after giving the car a bit of a run out, that I had a rattle coming form the undersida of the car.
Upon listening and playing about, I found that the rattle stopped when I put my foot on the clutch.....

Is this the Relase bearing and if it is, is it adjustable ? ? ?

I get the same damn thing........but ive damaged my gearbox big time...i just put it down to that....new box in the post though

Ive just had a new release bearing fitted also...so i dont think its that....
