Cool

Are you refering to a downpipe???
If so you will get good gains. Faster spool up, more boost (Proberbly hitting the boost inhibitor), More torque and power. But as for figures, not sure. Its a contraversial subject some say 25bhp+ some say nothing etc etc but if you remove the cat you will get a lot better performance on its own. You also get better fuel economy, but not that much. Something like a few miles/gallon better to a tank.

Hope this helps.
Ronnie
Ps sounds alot better too. The turbo wissles louder

thanks ronnie i have a a downpipe with a decat allready

the uppipe is the pipe that goes from the exhaust manifold to the turbo and is very restrictive and as my engine is having a full rebuild and as such is out of the car it is a easier job to fit the uppipe and thus is the reason for the post

thanks mark

I have heard that the Magnex up pipe is one of the best to go for cause of the large diameter and that it matches up very well with the other bits. Dont forget to wrap it!!

Oh yea, gains - slightly faster spool up. If you are going to wrap the headers then get them ported at the same time this will also help in the big picture, or even replace them with a performance set.
