Does anyone know anything about them? I've seen a reasonably priced one in the B&Q wharehouse in Lincoln (of all places) and wondered how well it would work...
It's supposed to be 2hp, provide approx 100psi (the exact number escapes me) and has a 50 litre air tank. I wondered if it would be OK for a bit of spraying, the odd use of an air wrench and possibly inflating dingies...
What sort of things should I be looking for in a compressor?

I got a real cheapy from B&Q, i took it back cos it never stopped pumping, I was only using a tiny amopunt of air, but it didn't have a switch to stop the compressor, how annoying was that, all that noise for a small amount of air, make sure you get one that stops pumping, you'll be deaf in a week if you don't!

what do you want to know??
Should be good for 130 - 150 psi..
if not its no good..
tank helps on a smaller compressor if its not continous use..
air output is measured in cfm.. at a rough guess I would say that is 9cfm which is ok...
Mine is a clarke se14 iirc.. 14cfm 3hp.. 150litre tank..
Mail me if you want any specifics..
if painting you need a water / oil trap.. get a decent regulator and ignore curly airlines when painting... airline with pcl =
