I have ordered Samco hoses for my 95wrx and was wondering what are the sizes of the hoses for both the turbo(TCS22 - 3piece) and coolant (TCS22-C 8 piece). the reason i ask is that i want to buy stainless steel jubilee clips for them and want to get the best prices.

cheers

BS,
I have just fiited the 8 pipe coolant hoses to mine, and i just took them all into my local rubber pipe supplier and he just gave me suitable s/steel clips for each pipe, but note that my kit included two air feed pipes (idle control valve) which do not have clips as standard, so check on your origional engine, so you may save 4 clips!
The whole lot including the 4 i didnt need was about £20.

Hope this helps

The original Subaru clips are stainless anyway. I assume you are wanting the big clamp style clips ( used on many commercial vehicles ) that some magazines etc are advertising?

Also if you get any other colour than blue the pipes are thicker. Blue is the standard colour & they wrap over the top of them in the colour of your choice so they are twice as thick. I got red & none of the original clips would fit so I bought some nice new shiney ones

There are more than 2 for the 95 turbo.

Top rad
Bottom rad
Header tank to turbo
Cylinder head to turbo, just underneath the turbo
2x water pump to pipe, can see from under the car
above/ pipe link, as above for location
one spare pipe i could not find?? is like a reducer.. found another use for it anyway..

Rob.

p.s. hose clips can be bought at any motor spares co and halfords.

quite right tweenie but there are still 2 hoses in the turbo kit,not 3 ,

the other ones you state are the coolant hoses,

not to be confused with the 8 ancillary hoses
