URGENT - My alarm won't disarm...!
#1
Help...I've got a Sigma Thatcham Cat 1 alarm on my scooby, which is at the moment parked ACROSS the street in the road outside my house. It's never happened before, but at this moment, I can't start the damned car. When I put the key in the ignition, and turn, I get a fast clicking noise, and the alarm siren going at the same time, almost like the ingition is jammed or something...
Any ideas...urgently?

I'm no expert but every time I've heard fast clicking sounds when attempting to start my car car it's been because of a flat or low battery. Does the dash display dim when trying to start the car?
One night the battery went on my sister's car and just before completely discharging the alarm gave a three second "death chirp", although there was enough current for the alarm to still be operating the following morning.
So, might be imminent battery failure.
