what size and make are the turbo's on 93 wrx's please ?

Also what bhp is the max you can get out of one ?

The turbo is a TD05 and the car (4door) has 240ps with 100 ron fuel (jdm cars need to run super unleaded fuel minimum!!) a 5 door runs a TD04 turbo and has 220ps on 100 ron fuel.

Ive taken mine up to near the 300 bhp mark they come as 236 standard on 100% ron.I try and get close by either SUL or optimax with octane boost..Its full decat inductioned and modded ECU

Did you ever have detting probs before you got your ECU changed? If so did it change that prob? My 93wrx is a detting machine even on optimax and OB. Dont need a knock link to tell me that - its quite audible even over a loud induction kit. What ECU set up do you have?

Most of the time its been ok it dets bad if ive left it idling for a while then give it some...I will mail you the guys details for the ECU...
