I already have a TSL backbox, if I put a centre section and downpipe on, will I notice much difference (I also have HKS RS)

It's probably ok here, but what 'difference' are you asking about?

 

changing the downpipe and centre has made my turbo whistle, spool quicker and boost a little higher,exhaust louder with pops and bangs.it will,however,fail any emission test and p1ss your neighbours off

Haven't got any neighbours. But I meant what sort of BHP my car is a MY99 UK Turbo.

 

With both cats gone, about 20 - 25bhp and as above lots of nosies.
