Ok i got my MY98 UK TURBO a couple of weeks ago and had a cobra alarm fitted, the fitter had to put a small motor in the drivers do to enable the alarm to unlock the cental door locking of the remote.

Since it was installed I have had nothing but trouble with the central locking it seems to work for a few days then only unlocks the the drivers door then eventually doesnt unlock at all then i have to use the key rather than the remote.

Just wonderd of those of you who have alarms wih remote locking what motor was fitted and were was it positioned inside the door. The one i have lasts about a week then seems to start slipping on the locking bar
