Locating vaiable valve timing selonoid on STi7

Need a little help trying to locate the said device.
Have had the CEL light on and of all week pointing to a fault with the seloniod but I have no idea where it is to check it.

theres one each side of the engine look for where the pipes go in to it it should be just above the cam covers on the top of the engine works off a duty ratio i think it's basically a plunger with notches in it that can divert the flow of oil depending on where it thinks it needs to be to move the camshaft.

Not very easy to spot.

Now need to remove them to test resistance.
