How do these things come out??, it sounds like ive got a bag off spanners bouncing round on the inside.

Just pull. It's got a clip on one side and two small lugs on the other. I took mine out a few weeks ago to colour code. It was very tight but I managed to get it out without any damage which is a bonus

I presume this is a classic shape? If not then disregard the above
