Apexi DV Fitting Instructions???

A colleague has just acquired a second-hand Apexi DV (Cheers Wible) but no fitting instructions. If anyone has the instructions that can be scanned and e-mailed it would be greatly appreciated. I am sure its fairly straight forward but if anyone can help we would rather do it by the letter.
