waste gate solenoid????

Can anyone help? I have heard that oil vapours can condense in the breather system around the solenoid causing car to lose peak boost.
Apparently it can be cleaned, can anyone point me in the right direction.

See the pic - the wastegete solenoid is the lower shiney one. Clean in the same way as the pressure exchange solenoid.
