What's the usual boost pressure generated with a PPP conversion fitted to a '98 spec car, don't have gauge fitted? Will this be handled by the std spec DTA boost valve, and if leaking might this lead to an audiable whistling noise building as revs rise prior to the whoosh as the DV releases the back pressure ?

Dunno about the usual boost pressure but the other day I put my intercooler back incorrectly & was leaking pressure from the pipe underneath. Made lots of noise & was only getting 10psi (eventually) instead of the usual 15.5psi.

My advice is get a boost guauge You'll soon know then
They aren't that expensive & a piece of cake to fit
