for the last week or so scoob does not feel really right, seems sluggy and slower not much else i can say, its a my98 turbo 65000 on clock. any ideas..

know the feeling. I think you need to drive a nissan micra 1 litre for a couple of weeks. Get back in your scooby and then you'l wonder what all the fuss was about!! My impreza has engine probs. I'm driving a micra at the min and hadnt realised how powerfull my wrx was!

Mine does this every once in a while, MY00 but then it goes like a rocket again

it is my opnion that it is more than likley a bad batch of fuel

Have you had an oil change recently or topped it up?
In my experience if you fill it up to the top mark it can cause the boost control solenoid to gum up and the turbo gets a bit sluggish.

oil got changed about 2-3 thousand miles ago. i checked at the weekend, i think my car running rich maybe this could be it?!?

super or optimax. i have noticed fuel going down alot quicker!! the other day it took a while to start it was just turning over but i could smell petrol..
