OK,

Where has everyone fitted their Knock Sensor on a MY94 WRX?

I have looked at previous posts and people have put it 5cm behind original one but I have no hole there?

The only place I can see is nearer the front of the engine and use the same bolt that is holding the Aircon/Altenator bracket on.

If you dont have any luck mate, i'll meet you over in harlow and show you where to mount it, you can buy the bolt needed from halfords..

Just behind the factory knck sensor but up on the machined area by the gearbox bell is a M8 tapped hole, it may be full of muck, bolt to that. Its just below the idle control valve
