Right basically my car was fine, i parked it up overnight and a day later it wouldnt start. Engine tries to turn over and it splutters but it wont actually fire.

Did the ecu test and got code for a faulty Throttle position sensor. Changed that today and the ecu check shows everything else is ok. Yet it still wont start. Have tried venting the engine incase it was flooded etc

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers

Can you smell a strong petrol smell when turning over??
I would suggest that it is either the Cam or Crank sensor that is faulty.
I have know a Cam sensor to be faulty but not show up as a fault on the ecu..

Rob

Can you here the fuel pump priming when you switch the ignition on??
